Can't find binkw32.dll

When I downloaded this, it kept saying "This application has failed to start because binkw32.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem." When I try to run the installer...I've already tried 3 other downloads and the same thing.

What installer?  The client we provide is just the game client executable which can only run if you have the full installation in the first place.  Please look in the client download section on the main site.

Re-installing is just what it says when you are missing a dll and the client doesn't work.

I just finished uploading the installer, just add sdata.grf (sakray).
