So like, their control panel/forum is suspended. Not sure about their game server. Last time I checked with my friend that still plays there, you are not able to login either.
(Even though you're able to login, new players won't be able to create new accounts since _M/_F is disabled)

Delisted twinkle ro, it's a parked domain must be dead for a while.
