Some of them I have to note and check back later, such as a dead link it could be temporarily. 

There are one or two that by the time I get to check them the auto-delist system we have in place already taken care of them.  You don't have to actively check for dead servers, many of the servers that last for 1-2 months with little to no review will get pick up by the system.
