Word: I played there for a little over a month when it first came out. Shaggy was on then and it seemed ok. This was sometime last year around christmas time.
Then, as a "christmas gift" he allowed everyone to have "donations" as a Christmas gift.
Problem being that he didn't monitor nor care about the repurcussions of his actions: he gave EVERYONE freebies, meaning everyone could run around and have any donation item they wanted for free.
This resulted in a wipe which caused me to leave. Playing for a month and then losing all my gears because he's an idiot who doesn't know how to do a back-up BEFORE doing something that could have a grave consequences?
Do yourself a favor, and ignore any and all Servers he recommends, works on, hosts, speaks highly of, or in any way, affiliates with that server.
