Kinda dead.. it previously only had about 3-8 but those were all fake people as they never moved, always kept the same level and always were the exact same characters online at all time.. but at those times the server at least said Online, now it's offline..

Sorry I forgot about this after checking it the first time, just got to their cp and it is online with 1 player.  Forum is spammed but they have a working server I'll leave it for now.
