[Recruitment] Staff Needed! (Website/Forum/In-Game)

Looking for staff. Nothing urgent/specific. I'm my own developer and I will keep it that way. For now I'm looking for RO vets that I can bounce ideas off of. Will this be a way to make money? No. Will you ever get paid? Maybe. When? I dont know. Will I ask you for financial help? No. Would you be willing to contribute financially? I'll accept. Will you be a partner? No. If you are a developer, with not so big of an ego, maybe you can help. If you are a scripter, with not so big of an ego, maybe you can help. If you are graphics person(of any kind), with not so big of an ego, maybe you can help. If you like helping people out (in-game or not), with not so big of an ego, maybe you can help. If you dont know squat about developing a private server, but would like to help develop a server in anyway you can, with not so big of an ego, maybe you can help. This server will be big. I will be demanding. I have a big ego. Things will go my way. If you wont be able to handle that, it was nice knowing you.

As for the server, it will be lowrate. 3x/3x/1~2x. Floating? Weekend? In the future, yes. Name: [confidential] Renewal - simply because of more feats. Custom items? Yes. Custom jobs? Yes. Custom map? Yes. Custom NPC? Yes. Custom command? Yes. FULLY FREAKIN CUSTOMIZED. US based. Beta phase will be hosted US east coast(my home). I haven't decided yet where to host once I go public.

As for me? Other than my big ego, I'm not a full time developer, but I know what to look for and how to find answers. I will be able to accomplish everything I want to accomplish even without anyone's help. But it'll be faster if I did have help. And the faster I do enough work for release, the faster RO community will be able to experience this server.
