Irritable ( I know we can get to our boiling point some time or another but a GM must control his/her temper among our players being a hot-head is not a reason use your words not your authority )
Lazy ( We can't use you as a staff/Gm if you're like that )
Racist ( As we know private servers are international so we want to avoid feuds among our players )
A**holes ( We don't need a staff member destroying our server )
