Need team nembers for an ongoing development

Hello, everyone! We are looking for talented and bright individuals who have great passion for Ragnarok Online. We prefer someone who have strong knowledge and experience with pre-trans episode. The server will be starting at episode 5 with some skills and classes modified to improve gameplay. The catch is we'll be the one adding the expansions, so we'll design the town, monsters, skills, item drops, and equipment.

We need someone who can create contents together with us. Someone with great creativity and also a critical thinker. Good communication skills + English grammar (so he/she can help us proofread website content and npc messages). Mature enough to handle pressure and crapstorm (when server opens). If you can code, good! If you can help on managing the community, good! If you write down contents for the server, great!

We are currently 4 in the team. Me, the developer, some guy here in RMS that I do not want to reveal yet as the content creator, and 2 of my real life pals as community managers.

We believe that the old mechanics of Ragnarok is still the best. So instead of doing the same ol' nostalgic sh**, we'll make it more exciting. Just imagine playing a class or going to a map that you haven't been before. Great, isn't it?

Open positions:
1. Developers (3/6) Role: self-explanatory.
~~2. Content Creators (3/6) Role: create contents for the website, npc message, wiki, minimal graphics creation (for banners, signatures, titles, and etc.)~~
3. Community Managers (3/6) Role: Handles social media, forum, and in-game moderation.

Oh! We prefer at least 17 years of age. No required nationality or whatsoever. All of us are from Asia, but if you're from the other side of the world, it's okay, we'll try to adjust to your timezone so we can collaborate better.

If you're wondering about @item or server access. Don't worry, no other gms will have it other than me. It's not that I do not trust my GMs but the players are more comfortable knowing that only one guy can spawn items (peace of mind).

Just a quick fact about my past server. SolaceRO never had any corruption issue. It's just we were too strict when it comes to rules so people left and the time came when we're just 20 people in-game. So we've decided to close down the server since we're only generating expense and community's growth has stopped. (You can check out our Facebook page for our farewell party video)

I'm Migo! A guy who is willing to take part on any community service for the server so he can help the players play the game that he loves. I have been with the customer service management my whole life. (That's becuase it is my profession for years already. IRL, duh. Hahaha.) Been playing Ragnarok since 2003 and was in love with the game ever since! Got to experience the first servers of pRO, Chaos and Loki and had the knack of helping others along the way.

Experienced with writing, reading, and totally friendly! (That's what my friends are telling me. Haha!) If I may, I want to help your server to be as lively as it can be!

Now that I am growing more experienced with the game, I think it's high time to dedicate a little of my time, well since I have work, to the server that you will be opening!

i dont know if i am good for the job i dont have any experiance in creating a server but i am very creative when it comes to ragnarok i have played lots and lots of servers but my 2 favourites are avalonro (closed) and ragnarok hungary mirror world ( new server) i have ideas both in monsters maps jobs skills npcs and so on if you are even slightly interested please contact me
