Personality:Something that often is requested is to "Describe yourself" so I'll just do it here, even though I believe this is something that should be judged in person and with time rather than from a wall of text that anyone can write as they see fit.
I always tend to think before I act and in the possible case something is unclear, I consult other people for their opinions on the matter. I am friendly and fun to communicate with (- Is what I'm told!) while am still able to keep myself on a "professional level" when it is necessary and deemed in a situation. I can keep my head cool and judgement unaffected by emotions. Last, and certainly not the least - I simply enjoy what I do. Therefore I am motivated to work loyally till the very end.
Availability:I can sit behind my keyboard for approximately few hours each day varying from at least an hour to some three hours in general. Naturally longer during the weekends if I don't have anything planned. I know this is not much compared to the usual eight hours plus a day, but I can assure you instead, that my one hour to three hours will be spent efficiently. However, as I am still in high school; once every two months there is a one week period of exams, the exam week, which will reduce my online time drastically, but not to nonexistent.

ExperienceRO Experience:I've been playing this game ever since I was a small kiddo. I started on the "old and legendary" qualityRO which was before the second half of rebirth classes if I recall correctly. From then onwards I have played in various servers varying from low rates to super high rates, but with some breaks here and there of course. Thanks to my long history I have managed to absorb a lot of information giving me a good understanding of the game mechanics and decent knowledge of almost all the aspects of RO. All the way from organized, successful WoE, to the usual technical issues like Gravity Errors and whatnot.
GM Experience:Few years after qualityRO had dramatically been shut down, I wanted to do the things myself, despite my young age back then. Unfortunately due to my lack of experience the first servers I created had short life spans and small problems such as players couldn't die. Minor flaws. Really. However I learned my lesson and have been messing with a test server ever since-- and of course started working on some servers to kill time and increase my knowledge eAthena-wise.
Notably:
FeelRO: I joined FeelRO on the first week it was created mostly out of boredom. Played, WoE'd, took a break. Rinsed and repeated. Some guilds later I found myself in the Helper team. This whole time period lasted for some months and ended in the Admin buying a car with the donation money and driving off. Or so the rumors said. FeelRO had peeked at a whopping 1800~ players which made supporting some times quite challenging and thus fun.
NanoRO: First server after posting info of myself here in RMS. Started from bottom and in three months found myself as the second guy in charge due to the old one ditching the server. The server was shut down few months later due to the main administrator not being able to, well, administrate. He was very busy in real life at this time and I couldn't handle a whole servers administration by myself. NanoRO peeked at the small 50~ but had a community worth gold to compensate. TitanRO: Latest major server I worked on which officially launched on October 2011 and ended about a month ago. TitanRO was a WoE/PvP-oriented server in the eastern timezones. I was the guy between the Admin and everyone else together with the responsibility of directing the staff and scripting whatever was needed at times and more. For me this server was the most scripting oriented so I'll write a bit about that. I worked on all the scripts the server had (except the ones that were on public share) be it seasonal quests, cash shops, housing systems, control panels... or even TYPOS in the public scripts. o__o Oh, have some media yet again~
