GM looking for a new home

I am Jens, 32 from good old germany, and I had quite a long pause from Ragnarok. But as most of you know, Ragnarok has a charme that you can't evade and earlier or later you'll just come back.
My most active time was from 2006 - 2011. I was GM in a few servers and later I also had my own german server, which was quite populated.
I also was very active in writing diverse scripts for my server and even had a few neat extras that have been totally unique to my server. Then I took a break, due to real life and now I am back and would love to get into action again.

Why should you choose me?
Well, can't really tell, as I don't like to evaluate myself. I am experienced in terms of being a GM, as this was also a long time my real life job.
I know how to handle players. Well, I might be strict when it comes to rulebreaking, but it's always good to have someone aboard, that does not stretch a point quite too often.

Also being german I can support in two languages (German and english). I know that my written english and german are not perfect, but everyone has its flaws I guess.

My online time is mostly from 11am - 1am (German time)
Thanks to ragnarok being a lightweight in terms of ressource management, I have it open almost 24/7 (at least as long as my comp is running). So I have a broad timespan to be able to help.

What do I expect from the server I am helping.
The server should be an active project and no half-assed semi project that gets forgotten fast.
Also I am a bit against strict being online rules, as an online game is on at 24/7 it's quite useless to having staff online only to special times and thus I like to be able to create my own schedule.

What else could I write... I don't know.
If you have any more questions, just shoot them at me and I will give my best to answer all of them.

edit: I might add, if needed, I am also very fluent with the VBulletin Software, as I have 3 licenses on my own. So I am also useful in the forums.

Also, if I may ask, how come the almost 10k likes on Facebook but no users in the forums ?
I guess, since ~95% your likes are from philippines and indonesia, it is not an english server  ?

Its an English server although most of the people who like the page are from asia.

Let us be honest, they are not from Facebook-side advertisements, as they are directed onto a geo-position you choose.
When the server is live, we can talk about that, but I don't want to commit my work, to something that isn't live yet. I had a few others already asking for the same and their servers were closed after 3-6 weeks. I think you can understand this
