im just posting here as well as the paid services. this is an old post, but still very relevant as we are trying to gather a sophisticated team of backend admins and frontend GMs/CMs.

as the title states I am looking for a backend dev and a couple of GM's for our new upcoming server.

server information:
pre-renewal
episode 13.2
complete overhaul for exp | max level 255/99 (midrate until level 200 then exponentially drops to 1x until 255)
custom tiered gear/weapons for endgame
custom MVP system alongside vanilla ragnarok MVP system (enhanced)
custom item randomizer for +10 gear
guild housing
customized instances based on existing open world dungeons catered for endgame. (ie: geffen dungeon instance fixed for lvl 250+)
no form of P2W or P4F(pay for fun) | we will have a cash shop that is heavily influenced through the fortnite cosmetic store.
tiered WoE system(weekly/weekend)

90% of the server is complete we are very close to launching a beta test for players to give us feedback. beta testing phase will probably last a minimum of 1 week and a maximum of 1 month.

the reason why I am looking for more GM's and developers is because our supplies are being exhausted and we think that this server will be something that will completely change the game for all private servers as we speak. To bring together lowrate,midrate,highrate players of all the sorts and show them that there isnt any type of gatekeeping here. If you want to be a part of this project and share the same idealizations as us then please show yourself. it's 2019 and coming across wholehearted GM's/devs that represent rAthena/hercules/private servers are very few to none. We're at a point where we're not here to scam people for a low of 100 dollars. were here because ragnarok was something that was a part of our lives and something that cannot be filled with the plethora of s*** games out there now. so please were kindly asking to help us.
