Since some of the applicants didn't do what they said they would do. and some/not most of all are not that diligent I have decided to update our Recruiting Thread here at RMS.

What are we looking for?
Dedicated Honest Individuals that are willing to help us Promote and Spread the word about Our Server, active and loyal. Willing to know everything that is needed to know about the server. and does not only log in to afk around and won't even socialize with our small community. Willing to work with us through the small community and help us reach our goals.

Jobs Available?
1. Head Game Master
2. Support Game Master
3. Story Line Writer
4. Event Game Master / Server Promoter

Requirements
1. Head Game Master
Passion for Ragnarok Online and video games.
Minimum of 5 Months of Being a GM in a Server that has run for at least 8 Months.
Comfortable with a small community that has huge goals.
Must be able to suggest for the improvements of the Server.
Have Great Decision Making Skills.

Pluses :
Knowledge of the rAthena source code.
Knowledge of C/C++ and SQL.
Knowledge of the development of rAthena databases.
Has worked on an RO server as the lead developer or server developer.
Knowledge with Harmony and its Features and Info.

2. Support Game Master
Must be knowledgeable about Ragnarok Online Renewal System, Basically Must know all the things possible about Ragnarok Online.
Will be able to provide support to Players that have Questions
Minimum of 3 Months of Being a GM in a Server that has run for at least 5 Months.
Comfortable with a small community that has huge goals.
Must be able to suggest for the improvements of the Server.
Must have great communications Skills.

Pluses :
Knowledge about technical Stuff Concerning Ragnarok Online
Knowledge of the development of rAthena databases.
Has worked on an RO server as the lead developer or server developer.

3. Story line Writer
To put it up short, A Story Line Writer will be responsible with the custom episodes that will be launched at the server, you must have great communication skills, you must be willing to work with the administrator for the story line and custom episodes that will be launched.
You will be the Back Bone of Every Episode that will be Launched.
Great Knowledge about Mythologies, Gods and Stuff.
Time Management and organizational skills and is not easily affected by Pressure.
Must be knowledgeable about rAthena's Script Engine.
Must be able to make your own scripts. [ Script Works will be asked for references, please make sure that you will submit your OWN Script. not just Edited Scripts ]

Pluses :
Knowledge about SQL Scripts and SQL Stuff.
Knowledge of the development of rAthena databases.
Have various samples of Stories that will be used as a reference material
Excellent Digital Artist for promotional purposes

4. Event Game Master / Server Promoter
Have Lots of Events in Mind.
Have lots of connections and ideas on how to promote our server.
Passionate about our goals
Comfortable with a small community that has huge goals.
Minimum of 3 Months of Being a GM in a Server that has run for at least 5 Months.

Pluses :
Has worked on an RO server as the lead developer or server developer.

ohh. i dont accept such jobs because i can't fulfill that job, i am not good in recruiting players, but i can help on making banners. i have limited ideas on events and its very common, i am not good on chasing players ether they are cheating or not. Thanks

as for the moment we are not quite sure, but we want to launch before the year ends, but sadly our site is not yet done ( coding part )

Why 2 Head GM's?
Why not 4 Event/Support GM's and then if they good and can handle it set 1-2 of them to GM Chief. because GM Chief is GM level 80. So if you do a Random Guy to be a GM Chief they can try
to Abuse.

keeping that in mind tho, they can't abuse anything, and they won't be able to use item producing commands, and permissions are set to prevent those things, Game Masters will not be allowed to use skills, trade, use store/vend, attack monsters and stuff.
