As for requirements, let us know what experiences you have based on this checklist. However, this will not be the only basis.

• Experience of being a GM
• Time to be active in-game and in the forums (At least 3 hours a day)
• Fluent in English, or multilingual.
• In-dept knowledge of Ragnarok in general.
• Characteristics of being friendly, patient, unbiased, and professional.

Basically I started from official servers then worked my way up to private servers when the society f*cked itself up.

I can only say that I love to work voluntarily that's it period. But for the heck of a longer essay, I enjoy playing Ragnarok online and managing forums. I have an obsession for being systematic and I consider that as one of my main strengths in being a Forum Mod. But I also consider this as my weakness because it entails a lot of pressure on the work. I know this weakness can be overcome because after all this will be a moderating team ^_^
