We've got a very relaxed set of player rules & guidelines. Our theory is that we don't over enforce strict conduct on players, but we ensure strict guidelines are on our staff members to avoid any issues of corruption or unfair game master involvement.
Life as a Game Master on DivinityGame Masters are
allowed to have a legitimate account and we encourage this. No staff members have @item. GM Managers heavily audit command logs. Furthermore, our event GMs have a list of items the Event GM Manager controls via a NPC and event GMs have to issue items via a custom command called @eventpanel. After they run the event and mark it closed on @eventpanel, it gets sent to a queue under the GM Manager for audit. The Administrators see the results in the end. This is just an example of how well we've structured our staff to prevent unfair GM abuse.
