A donation is a donation. You're not entitled to all of your money back because you were punished--regardless if you did anything wrong or not (or feel like you did or not). Bottom line, your donation shouldn't be contributed for "cute itamz" to begin with. As you did, appeal the punishment and apologize to the party for your naive behavior. At that point, if you receive approval on a punishment appeal that's great. If not, MOVE ON and it's not worth it.

True. i never got my money back even though genesis said he'd redeem back the 30$ (which was most recent). I never bothered. and your right, its not worth it.

You can see Genesis wasn't disrespectful to this player at all, in fact, it was quite the other way around. We also refunded all of the money the player had donated since he wasn't satisfied and then said he was going to chargeback all of his donations.

Not only is this a violation of the forum rules, but it's a violation of federal law.

Having read the transcript though, I'm failing to see how Genesis was "lackadaisical, flippant, and blatantly disrespectful" as you put it.  He simply said he'd sort out your donation once he was finished working on something.  How exactly is that disrespectful?  He remained polite throughout the entire conversation, whereas you were the one on the offensive the entire time, going as far as to call him a whinging child? (I don't see Genesis whinging at all)

Okay, whatever the case is.  I am seeing "I am begging you to take my money please let me play ..." this is sick and wrong.  Wrong on many angles, too much addiction + too much greed.

If there is money involved in an unban and there is no other choice given, how is this not a pay to unban?  Explain this to me.  It also shows money is allowed to bend the rules on the server?

Don't let the game control you, you work hard for your pay cheque, you think anyone deserve your hard earned money more than yourself?  You need to take a step back, take a break and see the outside world more.  Look, for just $100 you can benefit as many as 300 people.  Why spend so much on pixels, keep savings or get something real ...
