A screenshot of the chat would definitely be preferable. Also, do you have any screenshot of this person you were dealing with being a Staff member? You might have been talking to a person impersonating. If you can provide more proof (screenshots), it would be easier to further discuss this issue.

The reason we're not giving this more attention than what's already been given is that the server (and it's retarded owner) is so pathetic it's a waste of time to even give it more attention, it's just not worth it.
