Server advertisements in server from other server

There was someone under the name of Jesper advertizing their server on my server.
It has come to my attention because of reports received from my players.
The person in question has been ip-banned already. (ip-adress can be given upon request)

Seeing as it is a very new server, you can't tell me this is the doing of their "playerbase"

This does not always mean the advertising is done by the server itself ... it could be anybody with a keyboard.
