Hello good day Ratemyserver this client hired us a developer and to installed and configured Internal Guard and installation services for his ragnarok sever.

Note:
-Client purchase the product digitally and all product was send through emails for download link and with support ticket.
-we are almost done with the client request and was ready for the installation and it needs server config and web configuration on his server, how could you installed/configured if the client doesn't want to give access on his server, what is the purpose of hiring us if you don't trust developers and you pay for that, this is our 1st time to receive and accused us SCAMMER AND now he's asking for fully refund w/ is its clearly stated on ROServices Terms of Service please refer on the url below

Hah, I knew there was more to this story than the OP was letting on. 

@brizzle413 - So it seems you paid for the service, and the service was offered to you, but you refused to co-operate with the setup of your server and then demanded a refund, despite their website clearly stating that all purchases are non-refundable.  At least that's what I'm getting from pr3p's evidence.  I can't really tell 100% what went on in that conversation due to the end of it slipping into tagalog, but I don't see any evidence of you actually being scammed.  I'm still interested in seeing these screenshots that you claim to have though.

If someone could translate the last few screenshots of the conversation, that'd be awesome, and I'll love you forever. (well, maybe)

So based on everything we've seen here and the lack of responses from the OP, I can't honestly believe that anyone was scammed here.  Instead, this thread was likely created out of intense rage (hence the mad caps) because they didn't get their own way. (ie. demanding a refund after refusing to co-operate with the server setup process)

@brizzle413 - You're still welcome to prove me wrong and post up your screenshots to counter the evidence against you.

  yah this sis our 1st time to receive scammed alert from our clients for almost 2 years on service, and we our a group of developers, and we are really disappointed with this guy w/c is a pinoy also so sad, and please keep it mind that before purchasing and hiring developers @GM Niah read the Terms of Service

Mga pre, pareho na nga kayong pinoy nag-aaway pa kayo.. misunderstanding lang yan e.. and i know ro-services won't ruined their name just because of 1 simple deal. siguro kung isang milyon ang presyo ng deal nyo maari pa. talo naman talaga si GM jan e. Para kay GM, pre matuto ka maghintay down yung site nyo "DAW" e talagang hindi maaayus yon. halatang hindi mo alam kung pano gagawin jan kaya nagwawala ka agad e. KALMA lang kasi. pati nasa "Terms of Services" nila ang no refund kasi yung account ay hindi mabubura/marerefund. sana binasa mo. Laking laki di mo nabasa nasa unahan pa.

Maybe if it's worth 1Million it's possible to be scammed. The GM is just wrong. For GM, why just don't you wait? he said wait right? how can he able to fix that if your site is down? Obviously, you dunno what he's doin. JUST RELAX. Also, don't you read about the refunds on their "Terms of Services", its clearly written that there is no refund, also he explains to you that you can't refund because of the account you cannot be refunded. I wish you could read that terms its just on the first bullet.
