reuRO advertising on myRO

I saw this afk character advertising reuro.tk on myRO server.
this is wrong right?

It is wrong to the extend that you can let other know about this.  Please do not assume it is the server owner or server staff that is doing the advertising.  It is not always as simple as what you see on the surface.  It could be a player or a rival server doing these things for the purpose of damaging reputation (if any).
