How would that help? ^^ This has nothing to do with the girl or her activity. It has to do with a GM of an gameserver for kids, propagating and defending cybering in open main chat, then another gm "finding a middle road". I dont see any possible middle road, cybering and explicit talk/names and whatnot has no place in a gameserver with kids.

That is what this is about. google wont help.

It was posted because some people were talking about the legal issues, and if you read the link I posted, it will tell you what is and isn't legal around minors. Whether it is just discussing cyber sex or the actual act of it...

So I was actually decided to give this a server a try. While downloading the client, I've happened to read this thread and thus, download cancelled.

Who cares about somebody selling her body for credits, legalizing it on a game that was happened to be made for kids (and still played by kids) and openly discussing it is not right.

Also, no wonder the GM will do something like that, he's already in the Hall of Shame - Anycker, likes favoritism + greedy, and simply corrupt.

Rest in Peace RebirthRO. With an GM / Admin like him, you're destined to fail.

No where in there did you say ' RebirthRO is no longer legalizing it ' , or that you are not doing this 'cyber prositution' thing anymore. Maybe it is just me but, your comment just made it seem like the whole thing is going underground. If you said ' we realized the mistake and we are not doing cyber prostitution anymore' that would make it more clear that this whole issue is over. But yeah, if i can just get some clarification that this issue has been resolved, it would be helpful.

Try to understand this. A gameserver with lots of kids on it, I know of kids 12 and 13 that play there, cannot, must not talk about sex, use sexually explicit names/guildnames and must not have admins/gms that talk about sex like Ancy did. This cannot be undone. It has been done, and in the case of names, and open discussions and open sexist talk is still happening this very minute. A mistake? His attitude and his level of understanding is outrageous and he is in no way fit to lead a server full of minors. He wont be tomorrow either.
Since the server is full of kids from my country, there are laws that will cover this.

He will be dealt with.

I somewhat feel as if as a result of this, That the RebirthRO servers should be removed from the RMS server listings. The fact that this was openly discussed in game, And on forums by a GM of the server is extremely bad. Unless there's something about an 18+ age requirement somewhere on the website, This should have never happened. The GMs should have gone out of there way to make sure this wasn't discussed where literally everyone could view it. Most of which we should assume are underaged.

The reality of it is, All it takes is for this GM, Or this woman to mess up just once by cybering with someone who is underaged, Even if they lie about their age. http://www.expertlaw.com/forums/showthread.php?t=83488 This is the reality.

On the other subject, Whether people want to deny or agree it's prostitution doesn't matter. In most states, Whether it's online or in person, If you sell sexual "favors" for currency, Whether it be crypto currency, cash, in game currency or some other form of money... This is without a doubt considered under prostitution. This is indeed different from cam shows where they aren't actively engaging in what you're doing. They're putting on a show, Almost like a live solo porno. There is a fine line difference from these two.

This is an issue of questionable character.

(Well, questionable to some, but us oldies already know what Ancy and RebirthRO is all about from past experience.)

I agree that RMS should forthwith remove RebirthRo from their listing, AND any server that is owned by Syphon, since Syphon is protecting Ancyker. Everyone, including organisations, that do not take a stand against Ancyker in this can be questioned and the adult world will not look upon them with favor. To put it mildly.

There is no excuse for this s***.

Yeah they should, atleast for a week or two, as punishment. Seems unfair that some servers, make the littlest of mistakes, and have their server delisted for about a week or two, but when something like this happens, nothing is given out. Yes there is no rule for this , I think, and if there is not, RebirthRO should be made the example of the new rule that you hopefully will put in place to prevent this from happening, especially like it did. I almost thought this was legit going to happen, as there was quite alot of support and ' i dont care mentality ' at the beginning of this debate, but I'm glad there are like-minded people here who spoke up and had this removed.

Please don't bother the police with your bible thumping ideals. They have enough to deal with already and they can't do anything about legal activity. Discussion of cybering services in public venues is once again against the rules. We have no responsibility for what people do in private.
