Making a mistake in a decision is completely different from having the wrong motives for running a server.

I understand people make mistakes and move forward, yes, but putting a donator on a throne and telling the whole world about it.. well.. that mistake makes you look very stupid and <insert insult>.

Sorry, but saying something about someone else over the internet cannot be used against another person in a court of law. Either said person is honestly so stupid as to think that they can do this, or you're gullible enough to think that the FBI would involve themselves with an online forum community.

Needless to say,

I'm sorry, that's just ridiculous. The FBI does not have time for minuscule cases of that nature. Criminal libel is rarely prosecuted in the United States but it is on the books in many states and usually reserved for accusations of criminal acts, marital infidelity, dishonesty or that one has an STD. What went on in this case would be a combination of civil libel and violation of the right of publicity (if anything) and would be something looked into by the local police department or municipality and (usually) brought before a judge (sometimes a jury).

Note: It would be libel, not slander. In case you aren't adept in legal terms, libel is written defamation in the form of writing (hand-written or electronic), pictures or any other form other than spoken word whereas slander is spoken verbal defamation.

To be honest I think this entire situation is inconceivably immature and all parties need to grow up and move on. As for the Owner of MysticRO, I believe that he needs to re-evaluate himself and his motives for running a server. If he feels that what he is doing is right and can learn to be fair to all his players rather than favoring donators, then he should carry on. As others have said, Mystic seems to have a loyal following but things like this can damage the reputation of a server no matter how strong, no matter how long it has been around. I hope everyone has learned something from this.

Well, at this point, it seems like neither side would provide more/better proofs... I guess it's done and over with (mainly).
And I believe there weren't 20 staff members lol. Over exaggeration, or maybe 20 DIFFERENT staff members over the course of 2 years? Just guessing XD.

And I agree, hopefully, everyone has learned from this and moves on.
Friends are special flowers that bloom from trust.

Got a story that can be scripted as a RO quest? Or, a variation of other books and movies (like the Zelda and Hunger Games series)? PM me your ideas!

And then she said "YO GUYS, WHO WANTS TO JOIN THE LOL? LOL"
He got angry and exclaimed "WHAT?! YOU THINK THAT I'M JOKING?! I HAVE MONEY SO I CAN DO ANYTHING I WANT!! *ANGRY FACE IS REVEALED*"
Then a small female kid with not more then 1,5m appeared. She pulled his pants a bit so he could see that she wanted to be noticed. She gave him a Postcard.
He opened it with a weird look and for his own surprise:

No need to drag this on any longer, OP consider mission accomplished and is gone.  Server owner done his part.

I don't think it's fair to the server owner that some accounts are created to bash and the first post is mixed with false comments/exaggeration.

Locking to avoid the "let's be friends" s*** because there is nothing better to post.
