No we cannot help you, you could try open a dispute or complain to your payment handler.  See if they can return your money.

why that the admin in neverlasting is like that i was ask him how much is the donate and he said that 30$ and when i ask him again in another day fuk he said again to that 40$ awts that sick us and the item i want instead of set he only gave me 2 part fuk help me guys he's just taking our money

Unfortunately RMS is not the law of Ragnarok. While RMS is a popular advertising and community forum, there's nothing anyone here can do to keep server owners from being corrupt.

I'd say just make peace with what you've lost, find a different server and tread carefully the next time you decide to donate.

@ryan11: It says on the website that the minimum is $40 (Idk, if he just changed that). Anyways, what do you get for donating $40? It just says keep the server alive.

Regardless, just file a chargeback on the transaction on paypal.  Praying will not make money drop from the sky.
