dont play in this server, the server/gm/support doesnt care about their players, i was hack few days ago and i dont know why , i am a home user top 5 knight job and top8 forger , i have been playing since day 1 of this server and yet they doesn't care and keep asking questions after you provided some info they will NOT REPLY and will ask you if you have a print screen of your item who does that if your a home player , in their server when you log in you will see every item in your account , thats the proof that you have it and yet they dont want to provide or help you even if they have the information.

i'm sorry you lost your stuff. however, the fact you can't form a coherent sentence and took a screenshot of your computer by holding your phone up to it tells me you might not be the most computer literate person in the world. you probably got duped by someone taking advantage of you.

This sums up from what I've seen and how you act at the chatbox. Anyways, I do hope you can get your items back.

I'm going to be blunt here.  Whilst I do feel sorry for you that you lost your items, is it not your responsibility to keep your account secure in the first place?

I admit, I can't fully understand what you're saying, but some of what you appear to have said here doesn't add up.  You say they don't care, and yet it does seem like they've been in contact to try and help you.  If they didn't care, they wouldn't have responded to you at all, period.  You then say that they've asked you questions, and then they don't reply to your response.  Immediately after this, you mention that they then ask for a screenshot of your items... despite just saying that they don't reply.

Regardless, hope you can get your items back.

from experience, anyone who takes a pic of their monitor when prompted for a screenshot is the extra special kind of person.

I feel sad that you experience such an unfortunate event but accusing your GMS for doing nothing will not get your items back and you should understand that GMS are also occupied by another task so don't expect too much that they can reply right away, and never assume that they don't care because of that.

Based on my experience, hacking is the most complex case since they're two or more people involved and there's no guarantee that your items will be given back and I have no idea what are the sanctions of your server for hacking cases. Well lets hope for the best and don't lose hope.

You may also consider changing your password from server to server. I've seen cases where admins of previous servers still retain all the old login info of their closed down server and will try the same login info on other similar servers. Even if they are using the MD5 encryption, they can still get your username and password from their old server and try it on whatever new server there is.

I wouldn't trust any of these private servers with sensitive information. Make sure you have a new password for every server you play.

Other than that, just make sure you don't give your password out to anyone. Not to friends, not to the staff, not to anyone claiming to be staff. If you share accounts with friends, I think you at least have to be somewhat expecting that nothing on that account is secure.
