Everything happened really fast, and by the time we realized what was happening we got muted and banned less than 5 minutes later. Honestly, the conversation leading up to our ban wasn't even vulgar or offensive. It was a relatively calm discussion with no profanity about the state of WoE on the server, and no SHUT UP members initiated any personal attacks on @main, the only personal attacks came from the alt "9 inches of PvPness", who spewed the standard "You guys have no life outside of the game" fare.

It's all about how one interprets the thread. It'll ultimately be up to the readers in terms of what side they believe since there isn't any proof. In all honesty, even if jT provided the logs, those are EASILY manipulate as they're in SQL and you can just delete the row within seconds. For example: "DELETE FROM `atcommandlog` WHERE ...". Hehe.

This whole situation has been unsavory and bad in general for everyone involved. Me and Dale wanted only for the server to prosper and grow, and put a lot of our time suggesting fixes, reporting bugs, and attempting to encourage others to participate in pvp. For the last two months on casualRO, I definitely did feel we were on a watch list, treading on very thin ice; jTynne had commented on many things we discussed in guild chat, and I'm sure he was watching other times we were unaware.

I feel like we got such a bad rap for simply winning at WoE, and we were considered non casuals, labeled as hardcore players because we often had 2-3 people defending twice weekly for ONE HOUR. I fail to see what is hardcore about that.

I enjoyed my time on casualRO, and I am disappointed that the decision to ban us and invalidate all of the equipment, cards, and time we put into the server attempting to improve it was destroyed with such a knee jerk decision over such a non-issue.

The long and the short of it is, if you currently enjoy your time on casualRO, avoid talking about ANYTHING even remotely risky in it's chat channels, including guild chat and pm. If you don't fit the collective conscience, you WILL be rejected from it, it's just a matter of time.

I usually do take the time to read giant walls of text, but after I saw the "I'm not the original poster / I didn't post that to your Facebook wall" despite the fact that I posted a screenshot of the first line of the exact thing posted by "Synapse" dated to Saturday at 6pm per http://casualro.com/gm/jtynne/gimelock.png



Gimelock is Daletos' Genetic on the server, Synapse does not exist on CasualRO - no character, no account, no e-mail even with the name in it and is simply an alias forum account name used on RMS. The only other person involved in the drama was m4ze (Ronfaure) who was banned pending GM vote (as noted in the ban log) which at this point seems useless to bother lifting all things considered.

Truth of the matter is, I can't take you (Dale) seriously. You bragged to the players of the server that you were a troll, hell, you bragged to me about it as well. For someone with their guild name being "SHUT UP" and their guild title (as a leader) being "OR I'LL ABUSE EDP" speaks volumes of your intentions. As noted in the screenshot you yourself willingly provided (which ... ? useless.) shows that you've been banned before for your encouraging players to abuse bugs, essentially setting them up to be banned. Because you didn't like them? I guess we'll never know.

At the very base of this lies the identity and legitimacy of that GX. And that's one thing I would really want to know. Because without Justin's interference, it does NOT make sense.

First, the gears you described to me do not make sense. Doing what was described to me and here in topic do not match the gears you described in the email conversation, hell, knowing my guildmates I have trouble actually coming up with consumable/gear/build combination that would allow it. The whole mid-WoE upgrade is extremely fishy thing.

But most of all, there is one thing. I pride myself on knowing my enemy. Whenever I fight someone, I pay attention to what their build is, hints about their gears, their style of combat, what they do and what they fail to do. I had to fight the person behind that GX before. And I know that MAYBE one person from Pacinko/STARS/Prototype that was around by the time of Autumn events had skills to pull off something like that, AFAIK he's Asian, probably Filipino and he does not harbor such hate to SU. In fact...I can recall only one person voicing opinion that SU was the reason for these guilds leaving. And that's you, Justin.

Bottom line, all this makes sense only if Justin was behind it.

The immaturity and hypocrisy of all this drama is the fact that the majority of you getting all hot and bothered by being banned going "OMG I BET IT JTYNNE THAT WAS HAXING" only to report and RMS this part but when it comes to exploits and bugs that you all abused like no tomorrow, don't see anyone talk about that. Daletos only reported bugs AFTER having abused them multiple times and then ENCOURAGED others to do it too, but only after having reported it so that those people get in trouble but not him. Yea, and Jtynne is the shady one. You forget we see chats, everything is logged .

It's really sad to see whom I would hope be grown men, raging on a forums that is no longer as populated AND complaining about not just a game, but a game that is so old no one really gives a sh*t anymore. It's a game, if you don't like it, then leave, if you get banned then go somewhere else don't go crying for attention, though don't get me wrong the entertainment of it is nice and all but after a while it gets boring and I'm too lazy to read giant walls of text ;___;

You're allowed to email or support ticket a rebuttal, if you got banned from the forums during a drama matter, DUH, you got banned from the forums not so you can't defend yourself but so that we can protect other players form your unnecessary drama mongering which if you read below is against the rules. It's none of their business nor do we want them to get involved. If you want to defend yourself submit a freaking ticket or email us.

I have a life so I'm not as active to tend to things as the rest of the GMs including Jtynne which makes me wonder why he's even wasting his time with any of you.

And in case you pull the "I never read the rules" which is your own fault, here is the parts that you all broke, whether or not Jtynne did or didn't do something naughty. It's his server and btw no one WoE's because "SHUT UP" was too strong and everyone gave up and left. Multiple times I would see gimelock (daletos) sh*t talking people or people that have left saying "Yea they left because we're too strong LOL" or the time that the "SHUT UP" guild was in ET and no one was defending but no one else during the entire time took the castle because no one cares, they play to play, not everyone likes/wants to PVP/WoE. AND not to mention that all of you crying right now have said many times "YEA GMs play with us! WoE because no one else will!" Pure hypocrites. Just waiting for the moment that you got banned so you could pin that part on him. Very classy

Often times players just click "agree" when opening the game client without actually reading the terms of service. The game guidelines are displayed at the time of installation, are available here on the wiki, and on the main website AND in game, and as such, often times players who commit serious infractions of a or multiple rules, will be punished without being first contacted by a Game Master or staff representative, be it in-game or via the e-mail address registered to the player's account(s). It is the player's responsibility to understand and abide by all rules before entering the game environment. Failure to do so will result in swift and unbiased punishment.

Depending on the severity of each individual case, as well as the individual player's behavioral record on the server, there are varying degrees of punishment. Please note that just because things are labeled as "First Offense", does not necessarily mean that offense levels cannot and/or will not be skipped and a second/third degree punishment administered. Every punishment is dealt with on a case by case basis and typically will involve the input of multiple Game Masters before a final verdict is reached.

And I already said I wasn't, which is what makes this whole ordeal hilarious to me. I live less than ten minutes from my university, so getting to/from isn't an issue at all. That's the main reason I chose to live where I live, so that if something silly takes place on the game server, I can get home easily, resolve it, and be about my way. Clearly my willingness to put in EASILY 40+ hours of work just on the autumn/Halloween events alone accounts to nothing when considering I'd throw away all I'd just spent time working on to participate on a "sekrit characturr"? I'm baffled why my name's being dragged through the dirt, but that's typical when people get banned, "gm is so00o unfair take to rms and cry til dey look bad."

I'll say it, for the record: If I dislike someone? I'll just up and ban them. I don't need a reason apart from, "You suck, get off my server." Why? Because I pay the damn bills, and I'll not have someone s*** in and stinking up something I work on daily with little to no thanks. It's just convenient that this all took place, as I've wanted Dale off the server the second he started encouraging players to exploit bugs, but it is unfortunate that m4ze was also hit, as he was at the very least, apart from his spats about WoE, a nice addition to the community.

C'est la vie though, I said all I've got to say on this whole situation. No amount of crying on here will change the fact that three people total were punished, but it will further increase visibility of my server, my name, and yC's hit count, so thanks for the free advertising.

Unless I see some actual logs / evidence that incriminates me personally, then as Cookie stated previously, there's no case besides a bunch of "he said, she said", and no matter of "defense"/"explanation" from someone already targeted as "guilty" is going to sway anyone relevant's opinions on the matter. This wasn't the first time you spewed offhandish remarks at the rest of the playerbase. The guild "Elite Hat Hunterz" apparently no longer exists which memory fails me as to whether it was you or another member of SU that created it, again, as a jab at the players who play, as the title of the server suggests, "Casually". If removing a player from a stupid situation is overkill, then I'm thoroughly guilty as charged. Lock me up and put me in RMS jail.

I was responding to a ridiculous situation the only way I know how, through sarcasm, anger and disbelief. You should be able to sympathize, from what I see this is the only way you are capable of responding to ANY criticism on RMS. I have experimented extensively with the GX class, as I had farmed the proper gear and MVP cards to make various builds possible. It is not possible within the confines of renewal to make a GX who had either that damage output or survival with legit player obtainable gear. Furthermore, it's a small server. Even if you don't *know* everyone, it's always common knowledge who is at what power range, who is 150. The fact that NOBODY has ever bumped into this guy? I farmed the crap out of Helheim, and I knew the people that frequented the areas. Me and Marcus ended up pvping a lot on the alternate map, as well as other players that were high up on the ladder. Furthermore, the "I don't have time to build a 'sekrit assassin' is a moot point, considering you have unlimited GM powers.

It's fine though, although I mourn my lost time, I'm over casualRO now, I just hope this thread can serve as a cautionary tale for current and future players of your server(s).

It's an interesting little system you guys have got over here - Server GMs that know each other support each other whenever anything negative is posted, and plaster the thread with silly images in an attempt to undermine and belittle. But the players, they have nobody to back them up. I talked to a number of people who's contact information I had obtained regarding what had gone down that day, and many agreed it was a pretty dubious situation, but I bet you none of them would be willing to speak their minds after seeing this.

We understand that you want us to provide proof, Cawliflower, but every bit of proof we have has already been posted, some of it you probably didn't even look at, because you were too busy pondering which silly gif you were gonna post next. While we don't have definitive proof, do you think we coordinated this all as a grandmaster plan to take down the mighty jTynne? While myself and Dale definitely do bear ill-will towards Justin, I can definitely tell you that not all members of SHUT UP do. Some of them were only there for part of the drama, but made their minds up themselves. A few other players who had nothing to do with it, which still play on CasualRO also shared similar opinions.

So let me get this straight. I made these 3 comments on main and you ban me under these accusations:
Daletos: Permanent Ban, continual disregard to to server rules, provocation of @main fighting.

So where is exactly is the provocation and disregard of rules? I simply stated I didn't want to be a part of this silly drama scheme you set up. If you obviously had nothing to do with it, once again you resort to banning me? Sounds like false pretenses and a bias against me. And yes RMS readers, a simple freedom of speech expression gets you banned on "Nazi RO" where everything is monitored and having an opinion is a punishable offense.

And again for the third time, I AM NOT Synpase. If you bothered to read my wall of text, you would have seen that I DISTRIBUTED THE SCREENSHOTS to all of SU, Prolego and a few other players on the server. I'd like YC to get the IP on Synapse and reveal who it really is. And what are you even talking about with the time? It says 6PM on a Saturday, I posted at 7AM on Sunday LOL.

And is something wrong with being a troll? Its an internet game, you even do it yourself at times its practically a medium for fun now. I don't see what relevance this has, despite your use of language "bragging" about being a troll. Such silly sentences. And it seems you still lie to yourself. First of all "Shut UP" was created by Andy back in late June/early July. I was a founding member, and took over as leader after he left the server with Demi due to disappointment with the community and staff. He created the guild, choose the theme, emblem and that exact same title about the EDP Abuse. It was given to Lilibeth when she used her GX back when EDP was even more broken than it already is. And to this day on Casual RO, YOU HAVE STILL NOT NERFED the regular attack part of EDP which is still incorrect. Thank you for fixing cross impact, sonic blow, etc. But you still have not addressed a custom fix in that regard after months of reporting this to you over and over. Anyone on RA is aware of and and so on. Attachments 1 and 2 cover SU's founding as well as custom nerfs to EDP that were made this MONTH. Meaning this exploit has been happening since the server's inception and hardly anything has been to prevent it.

And again you're still going on about these bug exploitations. I have encouraged players to exploit? Strange because Ihonz was banned for abusing EDP, and I simply reported it to you upon finding him killing beelzebub back in June. You know the truth here so stop avoiding it. Yes it is true that I did have to exploit first for some of the later issues (Leech end and EDP working on any class), however this was for testing purposes. How else is one suppose to find a bug? I also reported them to you via support ticket after testing and even did not profit from it in anyway. Regarding the leech end problem, I tested it right after maintenance, did not even collect the items and reported it to you in which you took action and disabled deadly infect. Atrtachment 3 covers Ihonz ban which was personally done by me due to his heavy abuse of EDP in combination with ice pick which would do 999k damage basically. Also to note I did not have a GX at this time, I made it as my third char after my sorcerer and warlock to help deal with this area of exploits. I would additionally access all of my support tickets for further evidence, but since Justin has banned me I cannot get those (in which I had the most on the server, and the most dealing with bug abuse).

Now excuse me? I would exploit bugs to get other players banned? I don't even know how to respond to this one. Because there is no sense in this one at all. Who exactly got banned from me due to this? Are we referring to your silly 2 week EDP "encouragement ban"? So apparently all those people that got banned in my third screenshot on my first post exploited that bug because I told them too? Really? Amagami and Xanice never had GXs prior to that day, same with Vintagebomb? If EDP was such an issue and one you felt was an exploit/bug, why is it that you have done little to stop it via disabling it or nerfing it? Instead of blaming it on me since I've been reporting it since the start.

And @Synapse: I have to agree. I notice that all the server owners seem to protect each other immediately, its obvious which side they choose despite saying to be a third party. All I see is a bunch of people on this website gigling and apply silly pictures to mock and others and empower themselves. You're right Saki, RMS is pathetic now. I remember when it actually tried to stop corruption and was a place of fair judgement. Not the laughing stock full of drama and immature antics it is today.

And to further add on about the amount of lies. SU is the reason the server died etc? Everyone hates us? Well look at the screen below. Quite the contrary. We've suggested tons of ways to improve the server and help in many regards, we've done our part. But instead Justin seems to find it amusing to stab us in the back for the amount of effort we put in to player recruitment, helping others and so on. Anyone is free to check the Casual RO forums and look for themselves under all the suggestion topics etc.

Sarin who is even highly respected in the community, who as I said earlier was confused about my ban. Even went to inquire for me and the others only to be attacked by Justin and banned himself from the server. Its disgusting how Justin has been treating him in this topic as well I will say at the very least. He looked into it for me and ultimately lost all his access to the server for trying to find out the truth. I can't thank him enough for standing up for me facing Justin's corruption head on, there's even hints of it in the e-mail if you read the one Justin posted.
