Careful with TalonRO.. Donated 832 dollars in 2 month and NO HELP!

I have touched TalonRO, and did donate a bit of something. Not much. Why did I do it? I had cash to spare, and enjoyed playing, so wanted to show a bit of appreciation. Stopped playing for few months, came back, my items are still there. I admit, they could do a bit better on that IRC chat, since half the staff who can assist are AFK (in my experience, of course).

But in regards to items going missing, it's simple. When you decide to give your friend access, your case becomes much harder to justify. I can't say who's lying, and who's not. Not my place, nor call. But for me, I wouldn't even give my friend my house key. So why would I give him my account, which I've spent my cash/time on? Unless, I can find him in real life, then I might consider.

Logs do get a bit hectic, and with the amount of players/donates going on in Talon, it sounds like it could be a bit heavy. I'd say your case is difficult, simply cause they've claimed to have proof that you've been sharing, and your friend was the last one on.

Lastly, be careful with your money, and accounts.

TalonRO isn't a bad server. Nicely organized and seemingly professional. Your review is bias if you were on staff; you can't give a player review that is non-bias if you had previous issues with the server (that you caused), previous staff issues or you were fired/resigned. That ISN'T a player review. Go hate elsewhere.

Don't jump on the "he's a tRO player bandwagon". I've never been on the server, and I own my own server. So, gtfo before you get on it.

You forget that you are not the only GM on the server. You may not publicly draw any attention but you have a staff member that also represents the GM team who, unlike you (ironically), does not know when something should/should not be said. Seri's initial RMS review did not mention anything regarding her past experience as a GM, but rather as a player (and I know that even GMs are allowed to review their own server from a player standpoint, so whether she was a player/GM was irrelevant). One of your staff members responded to that review (which they are allowed to, of course) and brought up that Seri was reviewing as an ex-GM and continued to discredit in that manner. You (and your staff members) are fully aware that it is a subject that no one wants to touch due to past drama but your staff member decided it was a ... good comeback? This is petty drama but your staff member was the one that brought it up. Keep him on a tighter leash.

@Boreas: I'm sorry, but care to post evidence of me asking you a couple of times to be let back into the staff? I do recall talking to you about wanting to run a old event for the players because I saw it being talked about in !main chat. This is not like TRO Forums, where you can twists facts and get away with it. I'm pretty sure I made it clear I wanted nothing to do with the staff anymore by taking freely critizing you guys on TRO forums. Some players do and some don't critize, but those who do know the risk of doing so on TRO, which includes exclusion from the GMs circle of friends.

I think everyone on RMS will be able to vouch for that fact. I've never been in cahoots with this group of people. My entire history is in the Hall of Shame. So, go suck it.

No servers have logs that go back one year. Even if they did have the logs it would take ages for a one single query to run in a 1 year old log db. With the amount of players they have I bet they sum 2gb+ per week of logs. Not only talon ro works this way.

I'm sorry but you put your account in risk and made the report too late. Even if they wanted to be of great help they would have no ways to. It's really not their fault. =/
