Careful of HaRO scammers

I don't know if this person is HaRO staff, but in any case someone related to that server. He tried to scam players with a char named "System Message" telling players they won a raffle, etc.

He was able to scam one account and used it to advertise HaRO.

His IP address is 120.28.157.19 for those server admins who don't want scum like this on their server.

Yeah, those keywords have been blocked from being created now. It's been like forever since we had scam cases like that. Hoped it wouldn't have been necessary to do so.
