heres a review of blackoutRO (Blackout Ragnarok Online)
- not a good server
- GM's are unfriendly
- Owner doesn't of there players
- Unstable
- GM' are uneducated (curse players, make fun of them)
- Server is not balance
- pays to make a review (yup your right they pay just to make a review)
- Lag
- Some players have hidden items (2 slot armors)

Overall stay away from this server. Better join other server rather than wasting your time on this server.

Watch out the GM's in blackoutRO will post here and make some excuses.. (so guilty)

What Triper said.  "not a good server" ... that can be said by anyone and the rest are really very general comment.  No example no screenshot it's hard to get anywhere.

Pretty surprised you guys didn't junk it.

Anyway in my opinion, Blackout was never been good. Like Xile, it was a server made to satisfy typical people's desire of killing others by spamming skills.

check their forums, you can find a lot of posts from Gm-Touhou abusing players. Even the ones justified, the way s/he goes about it is unnecessary and over the top.

I enjoyed the server back in 2010-2011 because of the competitive WoE but after the oldies left the "peenoys" took over the server. Not only that but the GM's are abusive and berate you whenever you suggest something to make the server better. Thats right, they will harass you. Back in 2010-2011, the server could hold 20+ guild in the same room and now it can only hold about 2 guilds and its even lagging. They only update the server once per year.
