The servers are fast and no lag. Been with these guys for a while and their support is impresive and quick. These guys offer a lot for a great price. Keep up the good work.

I would say that this is the best VPS out there. They use shared SQL so your server run smooth and stable.

My ratings for this company is 9.5/10.

This is what I think about this host, my server was previously hosted by them using the 3rd package (300 player capacity). My server peaked at around 170 people.

I believe I was one of their first customers and things were rough at the beginning but they are getting better.

Service: 8/10 overall, would have been 10/10 if there weren't any delays (there were 1-2 times where they promised to do something within 1hour but actually taking 3-4 hours). You can usually find them if you add them on yahoo messenger and they will respond VERY quick which makes up for the delays.

Stability: 8/10 - a few crashes and sql errors but I think they got better now (remember this is when they just started). Before I closed down my server the stability was good (no more crashes).

Lag: If hosted in Dallas, a few people would get lag (15% of the population is my guess). I moved to Portland and less than 5% would complain about lag.

Price: 9.5/10 - You get what you pay for.

Overall - 8.5/10 - overall good service, would use them again.

This is one of the Good hosting out there, i didn't face any problem from last 2 months and other problem were solved easily by them. They helped me whenever i needed them and never said that the problem there are from my side. They investigate and tells the truth, not like other hoster those who keep saying that the problem is from owner side not Hoster ( I' mean this is nonsence, how can lag be related on my side??? ).

If you are looking for host??, then don't forget to give this hosting a chance.
