Baphomet card work with Gunslingers?

I've been playing around with differant card setups for my gunslinger in PvP, and was wondering if anyone knows whether the Baphomet Card's splash damage applies to Desperado or Rapid Shower?

Baphomet card doesn't work with skills at all, only melee attacks.

It doesn't even work with crits IIRC.
