Flying Side Kick?

Well, I played as a TK ranker for quite a while and on a lot of servers. Now I ran into a little problem. I got confused whether FSK can pass through obstacles like fences in WoE 1 and other small objects (logs, rocks) or not? On previous servers it was possible to do so, on the current one I play it's not. I wonder if it's a server bug or the way it should be.

Does anyone have an idea how is this FSK specific thing on official servers? I tried searching the info for a long time, but failed as I have no access to official servers or their forums...

you can't bypass any obstacles with fsk.
