Does the TK skill Fighting Chant increase the user's attk?
Yes. Just to clarify, the user is the TK class player himself/herself.
If i use fighting chant will my own attk increase?
Not sure if "use" is the appropriate word. It's a passive skill. You don't really use the Fighting Chat skill. If you have additional players in your party, then it will automatically trigger the benefits of Fighting Chant. The increase attack is only applicable to any TK class who has the Fighting Chat skill and is in the said party.
