Title: Best build to LvL Rebellion and Which Places?

Hey people atm im a lvl 121 rebellion on a 85 85 server i wanna know which is the best build / guide to level this class what are pro's and con's of the place better drop how to maximize dmg on that certain place and such :) Thanks to all.
