my ninja is lvl 31 and has 50 int 22 dex.
There's a few things wrong with your post. One, you didn't give us any information about where you're playing, what rates, and what level you are. Nor did you provide any gear information, stats, nothing. Also, limiting yourself to just ice spells vastly limits training locations for you, and it makes it easier to defend against you in PVP/WoE. You should at least have Crimson Fire Petals and Lightning Spear of Ice. Please refine your original post if you want any information on leveling spots.
