Yes, it's possible since character information packets float around freely.  You can either sniff or do it the easy way by giving yourself client-side GM.

i thought u have to be able to add account ID to be able to be client-side GM

you first have to know your own client id number in order to give yourself the client side gm powers. theres 2 ways to get that. one is from the server directly and the second is like riot said and use a sniffer. theres a catch to sniffing out the packets though most servers if they've experienced any kind of botters before have probably changed the packets just a bit so that you wont know which one to open if any of them at all.
