Sprite Question(I think x.x)

I've been looking around trying to find some info on making a little change in my RO client.  I want to switch the Paladin/Crusader class sprites if I can, as the Paladins are just too bland for my taste, while the Crusader is probably one of my favorite sprites in the game.

I was wondering if it's actually possible to do this, and if so, what all files I'd need to switch around and all that fun stuff >.<.  I tried going by the sprite bible, but the filenames didn't match.
