Rudolp hat sprite?

I've been looking to get the .act and .spr of that hat. I've extracted a data.grf but I have no experience with that, so no luck at all. I googled it and went through multiple pages and I still couldn't find it. Does anyone have any pointers please? Thanks in advance! :3
