Lightning Crash/Raigekisai files

I've been trying to track down which .spr or .str contains the files for lightning crash/raigekisai to no avail. Anyone have any idea? All I can find is the nj_raigekisai icons and whatnot.

Also, assuming it IS a str, I've got no way of editing those at all. Heard there was a STReditor but all the links I found for it were dead. Anyone have a way to fiddle with those?
