How to remove SHAKING effects

Hey guys, i was just wondering on how to be able to REMOVE some shaking effects of the skills
Critical Explosion, Heaven's Drive, Lord of Vermillion and Meteor Storm..

but i have no idea about it..
i have downloaded a Hex Editor, but i dunno WHICH FILE to extract/edit from..
and how to save/where to save it after doing so, to take effect..
and also im not quite sure if it will still work with the LATEST versions of kRO..

so any help i'd really appreciate it..
