 Um... I don't know if this is the write forum, but, how do you work a GRF tool? The other explanations are complete gibberish.
Some people have the worst jokes:

What is black and white?
A rooster. (HAHA that is not funny)

Why do we breath?
Because we have to! (You call that a joke?)

Did you know you eat 80 spiders each night?

you just open the grf tool and then use it to open the data.grf or sdata.grf whatever grf u got.

And if you want to re-compile a grf, just clear the display, click add directory, and save as *.grf
