Custom GRF effects,,,

Hi! I'm new to RMS. 

I've found a guide for create custom GRF (helped a lot! Fixed so many effects already!) but I have problems: cannot find some effects I need to fix really.
SO i ask the whole community for some help, if can.
Here the list of effects I need to change:
Desperado
Magnum Break
Meteor Assault
Soul Strike
Frost Diver
Grand Cross
Safety Wall
Reflect Shield
Parrying
Dragon Fire Formation
Crimson Fire Formation
Falling Ice Pillar

No worry if you can't answer all the effects, I'm happy if you say just some.

Very hard to use a program to look for yourself or just to use the sprite bible.

Sprite bible don't helps.
Like: Desperado. I open gs_desperado.act/spr, but I see just the ICON of the skill.
I use GRF tools, ACTOR, STR VIEVIER ,,, but actually I find not the skill I need.
I need the .str or .tga files of skills.
.tga easy to edit, .str contains all the bmp of the skill (like thunderstorm.str .... many bmp file inside! All edit and works fine).
How I can spot .str and .tga files?

You know not everyone makes new ones from scratch. You can take the easy route by downloading a bunch of custom GRF released here to identify the files they have modified and you can do the same.

It's an .act/.spr animation located in the folder

Code (auto:0) Select Expand

data\sprite\이팩트
Any help about the missing ones?

EDIT: Which data folders I have to check? Where I can find an already edited GRF as Rider suggested? Thanks again.

You'll find most of the modified grfs if you browse through this topic, http://forum.ratemyserver.net/modification-sprite-and-tool-discussion/minimal-grf-for-woe-se/

edit: You wont find the effect list with their respective file names anywhere because they are coded in the client and there are nearly 960ish effects. Most of them are in the effect folder and only a few use sprite effects. I hope you are checking the effect folder inside data.grf and not any client's data files.
