is there a way to minimize the effect of the casting aura?

without affecting the Fury of Monk/Champ?

If you just wanna minimize it on Aura Blade skill, then there isn't.

Visual effect of skills are arranged and encoded inside the client.exe which is a stuff that's not really easy to do.
