Wrong section.

You have 2 options:
1. You need to find the monster's .spr and .act inside your server's data.grf and replace them.
2. Make a grf with the .act and .act of what you want to replace and edit data.ini to include your grf.

I don't have to explain how to do that because you need to get a grf editor and get a sprite bible and look through things...

Also keep in mind if this is to use on another server, it might be illegal.

They should be playing the official PH RO server that was just launched on Jun 29~, since it's low-rate it takes a lot of time to level up.

This guy right here just wants to bot in ROPH cause the anti cheat system of ROPH blocks openkore from getting in the server then a guy posted something like a "Pixel-Bot" which happens to work like a bot but in order for it to work is that you need to make the monster look just like what the TS posted.
