Camera Reset Stopped Working After Set Manually Viewpointtable

So I remove all text on viewpointtable.txt so I can maximum the range of view and rotate more.
But I think on my server I play there's variable set to default range and rotate value
so I can't free my view point if I just delete that all.
and I tried to manually set like this:
prontera.rsw#         200#600#450#-360#360#0#-15#-65#-50#

it's working fine I can zoom out and rotate at prontera
But my double right click (to reset my camera rotation to normal) is not working.

so how can I free my viewpoint without disabled my double right click?

just like I expect if you add some map to viewpointtable.txt then that map cannot reset rotation (double right click) like normal map

but I still cannot get the solution...
How to set default range without add each map to viewpointtable.txt?
