[ Help ] how do you know skill requires effect file ?

i can edit some spr and bmp, but i can't find list of skill requires
like dispell requires the following files:

freeze_ice_part.bmp
explosive_1_128.bmp
ring_b.bmp
priest_spell.bmp

but if i want to edit stormgust skill, where can i find list  .bmp,tga,etc stormgust used ?
