Some time ago I open a discuss about Ws build , but I stop playing and know I want to start , again but I think we have more ekips then when I stoped so I totaly outdated , so If you guys could help me one more time I want a real top build.
I play in a 99\70 server and the last att is Nameless Island , Im looking for a Cart termination build(CT) Pvp\Woe . I posted my last build in a forum and they said that nowadays my build sucks

Okay, a few changes are needed.
First, you have to realize that CT WS is about balancing offense with tanking ability. You have to endure a lot, and WS does not have great hp modifier. They're especially prone to getting linked EDP SB in their face. You have to endure that, and, having enough experience with SinX, I can say right away that you won't survive, not if the SinX is any good.
I'd change a few thingies. First, manteau and sandals...no. You need tidal shoes and wool scarf. Upper headgear-f.beret. Definitely. Accessories, well, I'd go for Vesper Cores 02 instead. Armor, well, Valkyrie. You want top, so nothing else will do.
Stats are okay, just round str up when you do the changes.

Hm...if available, BG stuff is good...except for weapons (for CT). As for accessories...well...they do give a decent aspd boost. If you can get the str bonus without stat points from one accessory, use it. When talking about accessories...IF you can obtain it, you could use Horn of the Bufallo+Thorn shield combo. Good aspd boost, and still have the accessory slot for mantis.
yes , but using Horn of the bulafo comb I can´t use Valk shild =X
On the other hand, it saves you a lot of points in agi, so you'll get more vit or even better aspd. It's a matter of choice....but fire and water elements are rarely used as main damage nowadays...very few profs are bolters now, and even leass guilds use deluge+WB combo.
Defo needs more VIT, less agi, more into dex.
like said before, HotB and thorny should easily allow to you hit enough ASPD (Cough, especially with act edit).
I'd go for an orcish axe[4] if possible, for one it allows more of a variety of cards since it's 4 slotted. (Try tagging quad marina/anything with statuses)
As for vesper 02's, if you're not going to use your marionette but FB, get a vesper 02's, see if your ATK is higher than ring mantis and see if you can hit your bonus with vesper instead of the ring.
Err accesories.. errende tag vs ranged can save your butt.

I think you can drop your AGI to a total of 84 and still hit 185 ASPD. (It's 185 right, not 186?)
and possible invest more into vit/dex, (I still think your VIT is on the low side, since it's just over 70) because your dex is quite low. I know DEX shouldn't play a real big role for WS, but it's gonna suck once you have to down stuff like other WS's and then fail to hit.
IMO ~40 base is enough.
Overall, it's better. Don't forget to tag stuff around tho.
Well, WS needs about 80 vit at least IMO, to survive good SinX's SB. That's the biggest threat to WS at all I think, as he's frontline.
ok , I improve it , you were right I drop my agi and I still have 185 aspd , and I move some points to vit and dex.But you think I should put more points in vit and take of some dex points?

You got one excess point in str. Vit and dex are okay.
And...you should get also ED card for switching around.
Drop that silly Vesper Core and get a Medal of Honor.
Even better, get TWO Medal of Honors and get Valk instead of Thorny.
With these you should have no problem reaching great Aspd even with 100VIT(Recommended)
hm, I'd prefer using one HOTB cause of slot.

You can drop AGI to 57 without losing ASPD and get VIT to 86 :)
