Does a higher ranking blacksmith create weapons with higher ATK bonus?

The wiki says ranked weapons will have an additional 10 ATK that never misses.

Is the bonus 10 ATK constant to all ranks? Or is it multiplied depending on your rank?

Sorry if I'm sounding such a noob, but as far as I know potion made by ranked alchemist increase their healing potential depending on the ranker. So that would be the same to a blacksmith?

It's always exactly +10 damage. So a VVS elemental would give +20 damage. And a VVVS +50 damage.

It's still better to get something from a higher ranked blacksmith because the chance that he loses his "ranked" status is less likely.

Ahh thanks for the answer, well that cleared me up~~~ 10 ATK is kinda low for high rate server
