New Cart Termination Delay

Now that the new Cart Termination delay has 3 seconds, how much Agi would you recommend investing in?

If it's delay than nothing will help. If it's cast time than shouldn't it be dex?

agi reduces delay, dex reduces cast >_>

I think no delay is 140 agi or somewhere around there.

I say 30-50 agi or none at all. Everyone got delay, just make sure u have less delay than ur opponent hehe. Potions is nice in delay reducing

But in High Rate servers that allows high ASPD(mine is capped at 195),
the Cart Termination delay was lowered because it's animation delay was reduced.

Cart termination has not been officially nerfed. The hgm for whatever server youre in must have nerfed it himself... if thats the case dont even bother trying to make it work well. When they do things that ignore the ballance of official ro you can bet theyll continue to nerf it if you make it work decently. Lames.

Anyway delay is not effected by agi or dex. Dex effects cast bar, agi effects Animation delay(this is bypassable by "dancing" for alot of skills anyway) and Skill delay is not changable except by the server itself. Some servers remove or greatly reduce this delay. Makes healing and other skills that the delay is MEANT for overpowered. Screws things up. The end.

What, agi not reducing the delay between skills? I figured it was either agi or aspd reducing delay.

I have a TK ranker for instance and I can spam kicks faster with a higher agi/aspd.

Might as well check some stat guides out...  *reads*

its cuz TK's skill has no delays, so it is like normal attack become faster with the increase of agi.

So agi DOES affect delay for SOME skills, but it does so with ASPD. Therefor Kurogasa was slightly incorrect. Also Cart Term hasnt been officially nerfed, sounds like a custom nerf hence why ASPD might not reduce delay.(because either your admin sucks at scripting, or he intentionally made it so it doesnt get reduced)
