Merchant's Cart Revolution

Plz answer these...

  -Does cards like Skelworker affect the damage of Cart Revolution?
  -Does Converters change the element of the Cart Revolution's damage?

Yes.

  -Does Converters change the element of the Cart Revolution's damage?
No, always nuetral.


Also, Blacksmith buffs work with it, including Meltdown and Max overthrust. Go around with an AoE break weapon/armor skill. XD

No, It's based on ATK... so the +15% to medium wont effect it, but the +5atk will.... eitherway the skill is pretty weak.. only purpose is to break stuff//possibly cause bleeding on enemy. Furthermore it's always nuetral.

cart revolution carrys element as i thought.

maybe you are thinking of termination?

Really? For some reason, I thought Termination and Revolution carried the same element as it's user's current weapon. I'm probably wrong, though.

i dunno about termination, all i know is revo carrys weapon element, and always has.

I just tested it, My Cart term does carry element, While I can't hit ghost's with Cart revo (Ice Two Hand Axe).   It pissed me off during an event, a GM summoned all ghost monsters..

I've tried endows, and all sorts of ele forged weapons.. still can't hit ghosts. So on my server at least, it's always neutral. We use default settings too.. with the newest SVN.

hmm thats odd. i made like 6 merchants / bs / alchy on iRO and from what i remember it always carried element, as it does in my server. i havent edited skill db or anything that would change it, so it is a bit strange that yours would always be neutral.

My friend says his iRO Alchemist's cart revo is always neutral too...

hmm its strange. most references i can find refer to it as a neutral attack as you say. on http://www.geocities.com/encieluna/roskill.htm it says:  ATK Type: Netral Property + Weapon's Property, Melee, physical attack. from testing it is definately affected by element in my server.

on hydra 8000 weight (250% dmg) 110 str 60 dex

+4 tomahawk (wind prop 165 attack)
melee hit: about 650-720
revo: about 1650-1800

+0 2 hand axe (neutral 185 attack)
melee hit: 270-310
revo: 700-820

+10 balmung (neutral 250 attack)
melee hit: 450-600
revo: 1300-1400

also hydra is small so the sword should be more effective due to size penalties too.

from this i can only assume that the wind element is working. and as i say i havent tinkered with the skills at all. i no longer use my iRO account so i cant test it there unfortunately :(

It's a weird skill in a way... elements DO effect the damage, but you can't hit ghosts.
