Can any one give me a REally Good low rate 99/70 Blacksmith leveling guide + equips Thanks
ive read The RMS one and ive watched the one on youtube onyl reson is they requier CBK and Ice pick... and im ona  low rate thanks for all Replys

You will always require a Combat Knife or Ice Pick if you want to do decent damage PvP-wise, low rate or not.

Recommended Weapons - Extracted from the guide [None of them are my words. I don't have a Whitesmith, I only have a Blacksmith and he is a pure forger - I am afraid I cannot help you more.]


* +7 to +10 Quad Diligent Orcish Axe, +8 to +10 Double Diligent Morning Star, +7 to +10 Diligent War Axe, +7 to +10 Triple Diligent Mes (Downside of mes is you’ll need to keep up wep perfection and need link for it to be effective)

* Combat knife: A combat knife is a WS best friend. Due to its armor piercing capabilities, overall it is probably the best weapon available and should be every WS’s goal of getting one. The extra 10% resistance to demi-human is just another great bonus to the wep. An icepick is mostly a luxury but can also be an alright investment against high def targets, although it is only situational and most of the time CK is more useful.

* Hurricane’s Fury: Indeed this weapon is incredibly strong, but since its two-handed you will be taking 40% more dmg compared to using CK and thara so its place doesn’t belong in woe imo. No point in being able to deal high dmg when you’ll prolly die to 1 SB. Can still be a decent PvM weapon if your not worried about taking larger amounts of damage since you don’t have a shield or arn’t worried about using pots.

A question, does % cards like Hydra affect CT damage? Or it is based on Attack purely?

CT is based on ATK purely.

So go slot Zipper Bear cards, lol.

Anyway, you can make a Comasmith too. Meaning an Edge/Guillotine wielding Whitesmith, preferably with 190 ASPD. Although Edge and Guillotine might be even more difficult to obtain than CK/IP in some cases >.>

I gave up making Whitesmiths ever since ppl have stated that CK is a necessity. I repeat - A NECESSITY! Ice Pick alone doesn't cut it... A +4 or more Diligent (Zipper Bear Card) Hurricane's Fury is quite good in PvM (leveling). I've tried a +7 quad Diligent Orcish Axe and it just isn't that good... Anyways, for good damage output for CT, use a Giant Whisper card (need 80 or more BASE str) and/or Porcellio card. Hope this helps

What about Phreeoni? Wouldn't it be better to stack phreeoni to a mace [4]? Like 3 Phrees & 1 Zipper to make your weapon indestructable? Or is there a limit on the maximum attack that you can get? I play in a midrate server (ebRO) by the way... and Phrees aren't hard to come by if u got resources. Got 2 of them myself.  So, what's the best that u can do if u got these cards, combo wise I mean?

usually, yes since overupped gear is current RO fashion. Except HR/SHR servers where people use Tao Gunka.

CK ignores Demi-Human def and gives 10% damage reduction so i don't see why not. Plus it's better than Ice Pick in most scenarios.

uhmm.. so guys. do you think making a whitesmith without dex would make a pretty good build? str 90 agi 80+ rest vit? and yeah this is for a low rate server.

No. No hit=unable to hit anyone. Around 50-60 total dex is usually enough.

how about weapon perfection? wouldn't that make a good anchor for the lack of dex? i was thinking of using C-Termination to my target until it get stunned; stunned = flee doesn't count anymore.
