its just easy, first you have to have the skill pharmacy. then u also nid to have a potion creation guide.
then prepare the ingredients(these can be bought in the alchemist guild)
1 Yggdrasil Dew
1 Seed of Life
1 Seperation Tubes
Note: The success chance of creating an embryo is the same with that of making potions. So if u think u wont be able to make an embryo,especially when ur int is not high enough, just buy an embryo from fellow alchemists that are vending in prontera.
Also remember that u got to have the bioethics skill(this skill is obtained via quest)which are Call homonculus, rest, and resurrect homonculus.(some alchemists would want to unlock the skill resurrect homonculus before they level up their pets, just to be safe)
